Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Technical Sales Representative / Inside Sales Specialist for our U.S. based client to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with Fortune 500-level SaaS/IT firms, generating and qualifying leads, and setting appointments with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of selling to enterprise-level accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Identify and qualify high-potential leads within enterprise-level SaaS/IT firms.
    • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  2. Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
  3. Enterprise Sales:
    • Engage with Fortune 500 clients to understand their technical and business requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate our SaaS/IT solutions, highlighting their value and alignment with client goals.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless handover and implementation of solutions.
    • Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on enterprise-level sales.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/IT solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work during EST hours and adapt to the needs of global clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
