Lead Generation Expert

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-potential clients for our suite of services. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and contribute to the overall success of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Strategically identify and qualify high-potential clients using tools like ZoomInfo to build and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.

Client Engagement:

  • Execute a multi-touch, omnichannel outreach strategy, including cold calling, personalized emails, and social media interactions, to engage prospects and drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, pain points, and business challenges to effectively position our solutions.

CRM Management:

  • Utilize Zoho CRM to document, track, and analyze client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and optimize lead quality and pipeline velocity through data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on pipeline status, lead quality, and sales opportunities.

Skillset / Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in using ZoomInfo, Zoho CRM, or similar tools for prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
