14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Prestige OSS regarding your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of that part. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent.
